At the Kiske Law Office, LLC, my philosophy is to empower my clients through compassionate representation.

I do this first by creating a low-key and casual office environment that encourages you to “come as you are.” The changes you are facing in your life as a result of the issues that have caused you to seek a Family Law Attorney are stressful enough without the additional worry about the pretense of “going to the lawyer’s.” My clients are usually very happy with this approach because it allows them to worry only about the immediate situation occurring with them and their children. I once even had a client arrive at my office in the middle of a child custody crisis dressed in her bathrobe.

Second, I listen to you. You will discover that I answer my phone and email myself as often as possible – this is so you can reach me as quickly as possible when you need me the most. I work hard to understand your fears, hopes and goals for both yourself and your children. My philosophy as a family lawyer is to assist you in resolving your case in the most efficient, peaceful and cost effective manner possible. This allows you, me and my staff to work together as a team to keep your attorney fees at a minimum and reduce both your emotional and financial stress. In order for this approach to work, I spend the time necessary really listening to you. I will often suggest strategies and tactics for you to use immediately in your individual situation, and you and I will together develop a course of action for your legal issues. If your situation will not reach resolution without a fight, rest assured I will aggressively pursue your goals in court.
