Broadly speaking, we are Family Law, Estate Planning and Traffic Attorneys. There are a lot of lawyers out there, so it is important to find one you like and trust. Remember, your choice of a lawyer is important – it will impact the most important and intimate areas of your life – so you should NOT make your selection of a lawyer on advertising alone. You should be prepared to interview and get to know your potential attorney before you hire him or her. This is why we offer a 30 minute free consultation to potential clients. We are able to meet and talk about your individual situation – and most importantly, we can get to know each other.
Please call 816-256-5440 to schedule your free thirty minute no obligation appointment so we can get to know each other and determine how we can help you.
We have an easy intake process. When you call, one of our staff will listen to your immediate Family Law, Estate Planning or Traffic needs and work with you to get you in as quickly as possible. We can often accommodate emergency or same-day appointments in appropriate circumstances, usually for a small fee. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email with a link to our confidential intake form that is appropriate for your case. You can complete this confidential form online and it will be sent back to our secure and confidential system. You also have the option of printing the form, or completing it in our office.
